What would you add to this and get it in your playbook.
Many Businesses and Executives are looking up and seeing March around the corner AKA Q1/23 done already.

So today with a Coachee we reviewed the rest of the year and the top ten came out of our session as below.

1. Establish achievable goals.

Take the time to think through the year ahead – what do you want to accomplish, what is feasible and what would represent success to your business and you personally.

2. Know your numbers.

Have a handle on all of the financial aspects of your business and get the numbers down pat – expenses, revenue, investments and cash flow. Track necessary business metrics to ensure you have a realistic understanding of the performance of your business and also the number of hours your working ON the business and ON yourself Versus IN the business and IN the challenges of everyday life.

3. Create a plan of action.

Outline all of the tasks related to achieving your goals, who will be responsible for each task and how/when they’ll be completed.

4. Focus and prioritise.

Cut out anything nonessential and focus on activities that will contribute towards achieving your annual goals. Important and Not Urgent are the big winners here.

5. Build relationships.

Build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. Have the tools and resources to build trust and value with all stakeholders. We always coach the four pillars of Trust to achieve this with coachees.

6. Plan for challenges.

Things don’t always go as expected. Have a plan in place for responding quickly in the case of unexpected events or adverse market conditions. Winning can best a tough gig and you spend a lot of time feeling the compelete opposite of it!

7. Reassess every week/month.

Check in monthly/weekly with progress and adjust timelines, goals or strategies as needed.

8. Stay organized.

Delegate effectively and stay organised to ensure that you manage your time and productivity efficiently.

9. Monitor customer feedback.

Track customer feedback and refine your strategies as needed to keep customers engaged and improve customer experience.

10. Develop new solutions.

Launch innovative solutions. Test them in order to gain insights to further improve products and services.

Just some things that come out of a one hour coaching session.
